The Week included several daily events focused on health, career, well-being, business and other segments of life. Activities began early in the morning and <strong>participants<\/strong> could do some stretching for the muscles, various types of exercises, yoga, meditation to relax both body and mind, and a full activity schedule to do with their families. <strong>Talks<\/strong> and <strong>workshops<\/strong> with experts in health were also part of the schedule and, in addition to that, there was a final <strong>surprise<\/strong> to top it all off: a show with the singer <strong>Negra Li<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Flowing, which is a project by <strong>Action Labs<\/strong>, has already established itself in the business market as <strong>the most complete<\/strong> and <strong>personalized<\/strong> marketplace of healthy life focused on company\u2019s employees in Brazil, with several <strong>features<\/strong> which encourage healthy habits through programs, events, mindfulness and personalized content, as well as a communication channel between the company and its employee. Managing more than <strong>150 thousand lives<\/strong> in companies such as BIG, Sanofi and Etna, during the pandemic the platform received an additional module specifically for <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> which permits it to evaluate users and accompany their health status, or even begin health care services based on the information collected if necessary.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">The feature includes a questionnaire based on official standards where, from time to time, <strong>users<\/strong> answer questions that allow the platform to identify symptoms or risk situations both for the employee and for his family. According to <strong>Ewerton Wantroba<\/strong>, leader of the project and Android developer in Action Labs, with this kind of <strong>information<\/strong> the company can verify if the employee can be <strong>infected<\/strong> by the virus, if he\/she needs to be isolated or if he\/she is able to get back to work, remotely or in person, observing the General Data Protection Law (<strong>LGPD<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Besides the Human Resource team, there is a <strong>medical team<\/strong> who accompanies all this information with a more detailed attention to the user\u2019s <strong>health<\/strong>. This is possible because of the <strong>integration<\/strong> with two other great platforms: <strong>TopMed<\/strong>, a remote health service system, and Psicologia Viva, which offers therapy sessions through the <strong>Flowing app<\/strong>.
