VoeTranquilo was created in only 6 weeks by means of the PoC Design methodology

The end of the year is always the same: crowded airports, too many flights to different destinations and, consequently, many problems with airline companies. Data from the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) show that, on average, 29% of domestic flights in Brazil had some kind of issue in 2017. The main complaints are delayed flights, lost luggage, missed connections and overbooking. However, due to bureaucracy, not every customer stands up for their rights and seeks compensations.

Filing a lawsuit against an airline company is not always easy. Specially if you do not have any experience and decide to do everything on your own. VoeTranquilo is a new option in the market for customers to seek compensation without having to leave their house to do so. The whole process is done over the internet. The customer creates an account in the website and adds basic information about the issue with the airline company which will be then analyzed. VoeTranquilo and its partners do all the internal procedures to file a complaint against the company. The customer will only pay the lawyer’s fees if the professional wins the case.

Action Labs was responsible for structuring the conception of the brand, the rules of the business, how refunds would be done and making it a finished product for the final customer. The development of the projec and its launch to the public took only 6 weeks, which is a record for the creation of a service like that.

This was only possible because Action Labs used the methodology called Proof of Concept Design (PoC Design). It is an experimental laboratory that uses this proof of concept to test projects out and evaluate not only their technical viability but also if users desire certain solution and are willing to pay for it before the company puts it into the market.

The methodology, developed by Action Labs itself, makes innovation viable in the daily life of the company, with agility and an increase in the chances of success. The model can be applied to any business scenario and to all business profiles and it comprehends five stages: Immersion, Ideation, Prioritization, Prototyping and, finally, Testing.

In order to get to the final product, all five PoC Design stages were completed, as well as the analysis of competitors, structuring of the business, construction of the conversion environments (landing pages), communication lines, media campaigns, prioritization of steps, traffic campaigns and user acquisition, ad activation and publication of the campaigns.
