Flowing presents a system that is focused on monitoring health and promoting habit changes, through an app (available for iOS and Android) which encourages health care habits not only within the work environment but also outside of it. Wheel of Life: it helps users understand their strong points and what they should focus more on, based on 5 areas of life. With the results obtained, the app offers users exclusive content with specific themes for the areas which must be developed.
Health Quiz: based on international protocols of risk assessment, this tools maps the users’ health profiles.
Programs: Flowing has its own programs for Walking and Running and Mindfullness, but it is also able to be connected to health programs by third parties.
Events: it recommends and encourages users to participate in events in a personalized way, based on their location, Wheel of Life and interests. It also permits an integration between the app and the event calendar of the company.
Content: it offers more than 200 content pages, curated by specialists on health and personalized for each user.
Gamification: score ranking for encouraging engagement and promote habit changes.
Management: a full panel that helps the company understand the profile of the population, based on information provided by users, but also on the analysis of how they use the app.
Action Labs acknowledged the relevance of the project and is now a partner in designing and developing the new version of the platform, which will soon be available as a pilot project for some companies.
