As soon as the User Experience is well set, turning the PoC into some useful piece of information for what you will prototype, you will be confident to test it out and quickly solve something that interface design is not responding to.
This is why the prototype can be only a conceptual representation, unless the solution needs a 3D version that is very accurate.
