In PoC Design the ideation part is far from being the end of the creative phase.
On the contrary, it is essential to ensure there is space for creativity in all steps of the way, leaving space for the possibility of improving the original idea (or to totally change it) according to the tests and prototypes. This is why prototypes must be done not as finished products, but as platforms that can be quickly changed during the tests.
