They are dreamers and also makers

The success of Virgin Galactic when it reached space for the first time is one of those historical milestones that must be celebrated.

The launch was accompanied by thousands of people among whom there were some who already bought a seat for a flight in the spaceship.

If flying was a dream for men, nowadays the dream is to fly even higher. And the name behind such an achievement is the British Richard Branson.

We are mentioning him here as well as his accomplishment in order to highlight that this run for touristic space flights also includes 2 other innovation giants: Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk.

Proof of concept and viability of innovation

Sending someone for a ride in space requires a lot of investment. In order to make such a dream viable, these great businessmen have to go through a path they already know: proofs of concept!

The methodology makes it possible to deepen people’s dreams, to the point of offering an advance purchase of something that had been seen as impossible up until now.

The advance purchase allows the company to invest faster and more safely. PoC Design is one of the first stages of the process.

There are already more than 600 tourists who paid US$ 250.000,00 to fly in Virgin Galactic, including celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Justin Bieber.

Space X, by Elon Musk, has already sent a car into space which was manufactured by Tesla, a company that is owned by him as well. This phase of tests and prototypes is the most expected one in the innovation process.

We know that it is not simple nor cheap to send people, satellites and missions into space. But with the right methodology, humanity is getting closer and closer to the fulfillment of this dream.
