BRANDING RESULTS AND DIGITAL PRESENCE
In Brazil, there are more than 900 car parks with agreements and presence on 100% of the country's toll roads, which allow users to pass without the need to issue tickets or money.
With the partnership, Action Labs has been working to expand the brand's presence in the digital environment, creating from one-off campaigns to retail and acceptance network projects, in addition to periodic actions on social networks. The branding work would not be completed without the careful development of the ConectCar brand personality, which encompasses the change in its entire visual identity.
TRANSPORTING EASE TO CUSTOMERS
Ideas that strengthen the relationship between the public and the company, while translating the brand's identity. One of the campaigns by Action Labs was “PJ Gamer”, a project with the aim of showing that it's possible to manage expenses and control tickets in a simple and 100% digital way. And “Superpowers” had digital and offline insertions. Here, the objective was to convey the idea that ConectCar customers are “superheroes”, with their vehicles going straight through toll and parking gates without the need to use cash or a card. Another highlight is the “Road Stories” project, which honors Truckers' Day by sharing their stories and life experiences on social medias.
One of the outstanding actions was destination marketing - a concept in which users are impacted during their journey - using the Waze tool. With Takeover, a banner that appears when the car is completely stopped, specific communication strategies were used for each segment, in addition to A/B testing with all type creatives and images related to the moment of use of the segmentation, namely: shopping, parking, and Ipiranga service stations.
