Action Labs recognized the relevance of the project and act as a partner in the digital design and development of the platform.

CORPORATE HEALTH MANAGEMENT
FLOWING helps the Human Resources department by bringing data from different sources, which allows us to expand the analysis and apply best practices, promoting the digital transformation in the relationship with employees. Using alternative health models, the result is greater interaction and well-being with employees and their families, with reduced costs and absenteeism. On the other hand, productivity increases and other personal benefits such as self-esteem and social life as well.
A NEW ROUTINE OF HEALTHCARE
The Flowing solutions present a system aimed at monitoring health and encouraging change of habits (available at Apple and Android stores) that encourages healthcare not only within the work environment but also outside of it. It promotes internal engagement and awareness of each user regarding their health, using features such as gamification, wheel of life, personalized notifications, among others.
